Il 20 Ottobre 2024 il Sunshine Gospel Choir ha vinto il contest americano How Sweet the Sound nella categoria Large Choir presso la prestigiosa Royal Albert Hall di Londra. A giudicare i partecipanti una giuria composta da quattro star del Gospel: Donald Lawrence, Karen Gibson MBE, Bazil Meade MBE, Muyiwa Olarewaju OBE.
